There is overwhelming evidence that the Navy gave John Kerry either a dishonorable discharge or an undesirable discharge which is the equivalent of a dishonorable discharge without the felony conviction and that, as a result of such discharge, he was stripped of all of his famous but questionable Navy awards and medals. And the kicker? The evidence is on his website!

I agree we should not jump to any conclusions, but I think there are a lot of questions that need to be answered before anyone should even consider voting for Kerry.
The media has failed us. They've become an arm of the DNC. They should have demanded that John Kerry sign a Form 180 and release all his records. We have a RIGHT to know - we have a RIGHT to have our questions answered about such a serious issue as Kerry's service.
The American people have a right to know what Kerry is covering up - what he is hiding - by not releasing all his records.
We KNOW he is hiding SOMETHING, otherwise, he would have released them all.

It's too near the election for people to see this as anything except a 'late hit'. It's a weak case, anyway; Kerry could have been involuntarily separated for failure to make Regular or failure to be promoted to Lt. Commander and either would have involved his being considered by a 'board of officers', along with everybody else in the Navy who was eligible.
Yes. Another revision to Kerry's records dated 12 March, 2001.
Well, in the recent interview where he was confronted
(in the usual MSM's gentle way) with the "evidence" from
his military records which indicated that President Bush
had a higher IQ than he did, didn't he say he didn't know
how anyone could know that since his military records were
not made public? - Comments anyone?
i've said it before I'll say it again. Hide his belt and all the sharp objects. When this election merry-go-round stops, he'll be a danger to himself.
In addition to what USMC0302 explained from an expert's perspective, I'd like to point out what was obvious to me and anyone else who didn't just fall off the turnip truck. According to one of the documents on kerry's own website, his Honorable Discharge was a result of an appeal filed in accordance with Title 10, U.S. Code, Sections 1162 and 1163. Would you care to guess why he filed an appeal for his original "Honorable Discharge?" Maybe he was hoping to have it upped to an Honorable Discharge with "V" Device for Valor.
