I value 1st amendment freedoms.. freedom of the press. The democrats are against it. They have fought it all during this campaign.
After Rathergate and Cronkite's Osama tape comments, how could a reasonable person view this as anything other than a ghoulish attempt to exploit combat causalities for political gain? They are disgracing themselves.
Condemnation is not going to change anyones mind. It reminds me of Sasso threatening to throw the Fox reporter off the Kerry press plane because of what Cavuto said on air. We are better than that.

I hope someone points out that HUMVEES were designed to take the place of the venerable JEEP as a light people mover in secure areas. Not armored because they weren't supposed to be used in combat.
The Bradley is the armored fighting vehicle of the Army.
Since the guerilla war in Iraq is not fought on a combat line between armies, the Humvees are being retrofitted with armor.
