What difference does it make? She assaulted him. You would never make the claim that a man should be excused from assaulting a woman if she wasn't injured.
That's the kind of thing that happens routinely in raghead countries, not here. The muslim men justify their brutal mistreatment of women with arguments very similar to yours... you know, she wasn't acting like a lady.... she was behaving like a man so I'll treat her like a man... etc. etc.
This isn't about abusing a woman for not acting lady like. We're talking about self defence against an attacker. There is a difference.
More evidence that Phil Hendrie is a comic genius. Just last week he did a show where Margaret Gray, as a teacher, dropkicked a student's binder because it had a Bush sticker on it. Another "Life Imitates Phil" moment.
