This brings the election argument back around to Bush's strong suit....the war on terror!
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
He's running out of time. If he's going to pointlessly flap his gums about this, he may as well do it now. The sooner we never have to hear his condescending voice again, the better.
I didn't see it, I didn't hear it. I heard talk of his statements about this prior but nothing about today, after the tape. But I have been told by dog that my mistrust of the newbie who posted this is out of line and since I always obey dog I have ceased and desisted sayiing I mistrust this post.
Why is this lying turd so close in the polls to President Bush? I just don't get it.
LOL,,,are you whispering to me?
I saw the Kerry segment talking some local station. It was a side by side frame of him and the anchor. She even looked a little incredulous as he said it. His remarks mirrored those of "Little Ricky" Holbrooke, speaking to Wolf a few minutes earlier. Even Wolf seemed confused that Holbrooke was saying this. Others on this thread are correct, Fox et al are using the Frenchy tarmac remarks and not repeating this other local interview.
FROM NRO: I wasn't kidding about this:
CARL CAMERON [Rich Lowry]
Says right now that in an interview with a Wisconsin station Kerry almost immediately talked about Tora Bora in reacting to the bin Laden tape.

you really are combative and rude for absolutely no reason at all.
Apparently he's getting twitchy. His surrogates were doing the slamming within minutes of the broadcast, and I thought he'd try playing the high ground and letting them do the dirty work. Seems it wasn't enough for him. Another reason why this guy belongs nowhere near the red button.
Well then it sounds to me like he cooked his own goose. Right on! :)
This is unbelievable; the similarities between Kerry's campaign and Bin Laden's tape:
1- Kerry Campaigns with the slogan: A fresh start, Bin Laden tells America to change its policies or else.
2- Bin Laden says in the tape: "Despite entering the fourth year after Sept. 11, Bush is still deceiving you and hiding the truth from you and therefore the reasons are still there to repeat what happened," he said. ---What has Kerry been saying for the past few days? Invoking the "missing" 300 tons of explosives. He's saying constantly, Bush tried to hide this, what else is he hiding from the American people.
STANGE similarities!
Something I have often wondered about too!
In other words, he had time to prepare his remarks. Any other results from this early knowledge?
The Fox all stars seem to have missed this "local" interview as well. They were giving Kerry credit for the tarmac "neutral" statement saying "Americans are United" etc. For now, they are missing the purely political local interview. This will gain legs as the night progresses.
Heard it and reported it on the other thread.
Fox then pointed out (as I see others noted) that during the Tora Bora fighting Kerry supported the plan we had.
