56 to 39? Something just aint right about that. Who'd the other 17% vote for? Undecided? Al Gore? Maybe Pat Buchanon again?
Yes. Cheney is going to Hawaii because they see a good chance to win it.
Not exactly scientific. I'm not buying any of this early voting crapola. We'll see what shakes out on Nov 2.
Well there are some here that are not happy with being constantly bombard with the doom and gloom post either. We are not here to all get along. this is a Marketplace to exchange ideas... the exchange is open and sometimes gets heated, and those that appear to come from sources outside of Free Republic to post disrupting post or screeds against the core beliefs of those involved here tend to get flammed, sometimes unmercifully. I am just giving some factual statments here. once again if you are looking for a place where people will go lockstep with you on your Ideas and post this is not the place. If you post something be prepared to defend it, if not prepare to accept the flames that you recieve...
This is not a group love society we all do not get along. Just like the real world
Kerry gave a "Wake Up America" speech in Florida today. Sound like somebody in the catbird seat to you?
Nope!
Me either. :-}
The other 17%? Geesh! How about 5%. 5% could get lost in rounding and other canidates.
that pic is hilarious!
agreed
Has everybody here forgotten that Jeb Bush won over that McMoron guy by 15 percentage points? And it was supposed to be "neck-and-neck" right up to the end? Cmon.
I'm encouraged by this poll that shows Bush up 49 to 46 percent. That is very similar to the WaPo 4 day average today, Bush 50 sKerry 47. The poll of early voters was a very small sample with a huge margin of error. Other sources show Bush up in early voting.
I can't take credit though, this was posted by another freeper and gave permission to use as seen fit!
Didn't Cheney predict a 5 point victory for the republican ticket a few days back? I listened to his call to Rush and was interested to see if he would say that the race is "close" and we need to keep working. I didn't hear him say the race was "close". He did say it would be hard-fought. I think he is pretty confident.
This was based on too small a sample size. Early and absentee voting almost always favors Republicans because (1) such voters are typically international businessmen more responsive to the Republican message and (2) the apathetic and uninformed are usually Democrats.
Oooooooooooh no. 4 years later, and you haven't changed your tune. LOL!
