CHILD ABUSE by the (woman?) and the child's (parents?)!
No kidding. What kind of 'parent' allows their child to be involved in something like this. This kid's folks deserve a severe beating. And then jail time. And when they get out of jail, horse whip them. And then put them back in jail. Continue this cycle until they lose their minds. Then put them in a nuthouse.
