After reading the text of the tape there is one very real anomaly: I want the CIA and FBI to tell me under what condition a Muslim would use the term "our lord willing". Translating "inshallah" (which is obviously the source of the transliteration) from Arabic to English would give you "God Willing". "Our Lord" is a particularly English and Christian equivalent, and I simply cannot visualize when a Muslim would ever use the term.

Possibly a convert to Islam who learned the phrase in Arabic and translated it to English on his own. His slight accented English didn't seem to be an Arabic accent either. If neither English or Arabic is his first language thing would really become interesting.
