I'm not certain you'd have a lot of shaving to do - it looks like he wears a very bad rug. He might have the same rug maker as Jim Trafficant or maybe he has Jim's old rug since he doesn't have much use for it. (And I do not dislike Trafficant anything like I do Soros. At least Jim voted correctly most of the time.)
