I disagree. We are not Spain. The vast majority of Americans will rally to their president and their country in the face of a terrorist threat. This reminds people that the terrorist threat is real, and that Bush is defeating them. It shows the desperation of our enemies to get rid of George W. Bush and replace him with a weaker president, like John Kerry.

I think they were going to hold it till after the election because Bush's poll numbers always go up when there is a threat. I understood they were making excuses not to show it.
