I am sorry, I disagree. This certainly would border on the government declaring martial law and those responsible should be tried and immediately put to death for jeopardizing our country.

And we know which corrupt coalitions he wants, the same ones who corrupted the UN, lined their pockets with blood money of enslaved Iraqi people.

ABC must have thought they were the ONLY ones to get the tape -- wrong and it is going to cost them dearly!
The Sandy Berger matter is still under federal investigation.
If it is found that ABC withheld any part of that tape from federal authorities, I believe there will be serious repercussions.
It's hard to believe that the CIA/FBI don't have the missing 15 minutes now. That information would provide more clues to the source, credibilty, authenicity, response, etc. The MSM is not only acting irresponsibly, but are doing there best to ensure the downfall of our nation.
It's one thing for ABC to say they didn't want to throw something so volatile out to the public in the middle of voting, but to actually withhold parts of the tape from the CIA...the bastards at ABC need to be held to account in a big way. This story needs to go beyond Drudge.
I mean, my God, we're hearing they withheld a terror tape from the government, and from the people because of the election. They are jeopardizing American lives, if an attack occurs having any link to this tape, shouldn't the American people put ABC out of business? Our innocent citizens' blood is on their filthy hands.
Apparently someone at ABC isn't aware of CFR 47. I think the best way to handle this is to have the FCC pull all of ABC's licenses for review pending revocation of their broadcast licenses. Maybe the MSM will realize it not nice to fool with Uncle Sam.

Withholding material evidence of a specific threat is illegal. This is a textbook example. They tampered with evidence by editing it.
what did we do before the internet?! MSM had no problem putting junk out there that would hurt W...now they are holding back information that not only would help W's case, but could ultimately harm the American public. How would the administration get grilled if they were holding back terror information because it might affect the election? Unbelievable.

I read earlier today that the Christian Science Monitor reporter in Pakistan (I think Pakistan) viewed the tape and said it was 75 minutes in length.
Putting two and two together, let's assume a friendly ear in the Bush administration or CIA received word of the contents of the tape from the CSM, and then noticed the ABC tape was missing some of the content discussed.
Just a guess, but it is a possibility.
My suspicion meter needs serious recalibration these days. What is to be believed and who is believable? My head is spinning and I might vote Nader now.
