I think the issue is if the prayer is directed by church leadership.

Sadly, there's no such thing as freedom of speech behind the pulpit.

Denying the right of people to pray because a Priest/Pastor is leading them according to Gods Own Word is not a legitimate. The IRS can not DEFINE anyones faith.

Any Pastor/Priest or congregation who allows the IRS to tell them how to pray are following the ways of man and not of God.

Holy men do not fear man or the IRS: they rightly fear God.

That being said the IRS can put their hands in my pocket book, but they CAN NOT move my mind from my faith or from prayers that I believe are RELIGIOUSLY sound. Any church swayed and frightened by this risk their souls.
