I was 13B, cannon crewmember, map reading wasn't stressed too highly for us.
If the scale is at all close to my ancient Fort Drum map, then the scale is 1:50,000 with one inch being one statute mile.
However, different scales areavailable.
One being 1:20,000, another being 1:100,000.
