I heard a radio callin from a guy that worked with IAEA stuff... He said it would be pretty easy to bribe inspectors for IAEA seals. Not all inspections were open - they would just check to see if the seals were present.
All kinds of security storage thefts overcome seals easily and the IAEA never looked inside on their last visit.
But ya can't beat propaganda with factual things like that.

I think the who UN inspector group is corrupt. Blix, ElBaradei, rememeber they had Scott Ritter. I know that is why Bush wants ElBaradie out, because he thinks he's been helping Iran and didn't go after Libya. That is why ElBaradei sent the memo about the "missing explosives".
I think Bush new this before we went into Iraq and he was probably very upset about having to wait because he knew all of these weapons were being taken out under the UNs noses and he had "to play the diplomatic route" first.
