There's another thing, too. CBS and Dan Rather still haven't recovered from the falsified TANG documents. Too many people here wanted Bush to denounce them immediately. If he had, it wouldn't have made the impact that it did with everyone else, rather than the Bush campaign, making the case that they were forged. That was a master play on Bush's and Rove's part.
Those same people are still claiming the W.H. did absolutely nothing in response to the DNC/CBS collusion.
Yet, for a W.H. that doesn't respond, it is amazing how they emerge clean and their opponent's are left bloodied.
I wonder why people who denounce the MSM, still believe their statements that Bush is stupid. "Rope a Dope" works because people, including his supporters, "misunderestimate" him. I would think people would have learned by now, but they never do.
