"Also interesting that Cuba just announced yesterday; that as of November 7, 2004 they will no longer be using the American Dollar." It was also reported that India was planning to cash out $120 billion in U.S. Treasury Bonds, and Russia was looking at doing something similar. This type of thing could have a greater impact than anything the terrorists would be likely to pull off. I feel like everyone may be leaving the table and we will be stuck with the check. How did you know this about Russia, if you don't mind my asking?

An investment newsletter I subscribe to made the claim: A Moscow-based news agency called RBC reports that the Russian government is following the Indian's lead.
