Yikes. Not for long. Pure HMX and RDX are generally stored soaked in alcohol. It desensitizes the stuff without damaging it; dry it out, and it gets really twitchy. A desert bunker full of dry HMX or RDX powder would probably be reduced to a crater in fairly short order.
