Look at the census data for these same counties: Do you see this many tens of thousands of voters moving OUT of their previous county to a different state?

If so, you'd see the difference in number of representative districts too!

Nobody is “disenfranchising” voters, so the Democrats register phony voter and claim that black voter ballots were put in the garbage. It almost worked in Florida in 2000. Now they have Soro pumping money into ACORN and other 527’s and they are committing fraud on Kerry’s behalf.

The most discussing side of this is that the Democrats just turn their heads pretending it’s not happening.
