Sure seems reasonable to me for the Prosecution to use that tape against Jackie Peterson. That would cinch it for the Jury as to throwing out all of her testimony. These parents are CLEARLY lying and a tape like that with her giving advice like that is unimpeachable. Lee Peterson is a liar too. He has specifically lied about the Torry Pines golf course. I heard that woman from there on the phone this morning and she said their rules are clear. NO MEMBERSHIP is transferable to anyone else. Scott could NOT have played golf using his brothers ID. She would make a quick and effective Prosecution rebuttal witness.
