I think the family is tapped out of $....the state may be funding the appeal...IF he gets one. I think Delucci has tried to keep the record as clean as can be, at times he has bent over backwards for the defendant.

Peterson doesn't have a prayer for an overturning of his conviction should that happen. He got a million dollar defense. Most people could never mount that kind of defense. And Geragos did work on his behalf. There is no question there. He simply didn't have anything but lies to work with. And when your client has his voice on wiretaps lying his face off there is not much a Defense Lawyer can do with that!!
