Yeah, the problem with that one is, in order to take him down on it, they'd have to take "poor old oxygen-deprived, sick, pathetic Jackie P." down, too. And there are enough fools out there, I imagine, who would complain that they are being "mean" to the poor sick old woman.
I notice that Jackie Peterson uses her 02 fashion statement whenever it fits the "poor ole sick lady" act that she wishes to portray. Other times she trots along without that tank with seemingly no problem.

Yeah, maybe the "Scott is innocent" crowd. Looks like she's sick, might be poor thanks to sonny boy, probably kinda old. But somehow (if they've been covering up for him all along) I can't manage much sympathy. I mean sick old women don't get a free pass when breaking the law, do they?
