Rush Limbaugh has interviewed VP Cheney several times this past year. In one, Cheney warned about October surprises...that "we've got a few things at our disposal" (paraphrased).
Yawn . . . this is old news to me . . . Listen to Rush and you'd have learned this almost 12 hours ago.
