I've taken courses from Ayoob (LFI-I thru -IV). Mas is a friendly, personable, dynamic, interesting, knowledgeable teacher. His LFI-I course is widely regarded as a "must do" course for anyone even contemplating CCW. Sure he's opinionated and self-confident - he knows the material very well and can present it very well. He is also humble where appropriate.

And any one of us would seem a bit off-kilter if our every word (writen or spoken) were scrutinized. He may have his odd moments, but that's a side effect of being really good at something.
