I agree...Unless the GOP gets a super majority in the Senate because if the DIMs even get a slight majority and the Presidency (Heaven help us) the GOP does not have the spine to filibuster...

There will not be another successful appointment to the USSC in our lifetimes. One would hope that with SCOTUS nominations the Republicans would force the Dems to go nuclear. If they want to filibuster then start talking, none of these threats and psuedo-filibusters. Force the real thing or put it to a vote.
