If her allegations are true then IMO FoxNews should sever its relationship with O'Reilly. A settlement agreement would indicate to me that he is guilty of a substantial portion of her charges. If he is guilty then he is in the same league with Dan Rather. Arrogance before honor and truth. I had begun to lose favor with O'Reilly before this happened anyway so it will not be much of a loss if I can no longer be a part of his audience.

There's a reason that most contracts include a moral turpitude clause. I'm sure Fox could bail and have every legal right to do so.
