Powell says he's not dead. I think Powells informed opinion is probably better than ours.
BTW, I've thought he was dead for a while now but evidently I was wrong.
I've never thought he was dead, but I did think he was in Iran. While I still think that's a possibility, I think this is plausible too.
I also don't think Kerry would make such a big deal about the Administration's letting OBL "get away" if he were dead. Like Powell, Kerry probably has more info on the matter than the average freeper.
In the words of Miracle Max, he's only partly dead. If he was all dead, that's another story
