Two questions:
1. Why are they covered with sheets? (Not ever having been arrested, I have to ask.)
2. Why couldn't the cops have just hiked the sheets up over their heads so we wouldn't have to look at their ugly mugs?
Because then we couldn't laugh at the blank looks on their faces.
Perhaps they're wearing T-shirts with vulgar messages...I'm just guessing.
