The movie "Fahrenheit 9/11" is not a documentary. The DVD contains the disclaimer that "the following interviews and commentaries are for entertainment only"
Since the movie depicts sex acts with a corpse, public obscenity laws will keep it of the air! Look at Title 1 Chapter 25 on the DVD at the time mark of 1 hour 37 min. 38 sec.
An injunction will serve to stop the airing on public TV. Also contact the FCC and advise them of the public obscenity. If they edit out all the profanity, nudity, and obscenity. The movie will be over almost before it starts.
You have to press the issue that this filth is "fro entertainment only" by the films own admission and therefore it is not protected from public censorship laws.
I know this because I am the man that stopped the showing at my public library!

Due to a conflict with the films distributors, Fellowship Adventure Group LLC, Michael Moores Fahrenheit 9/11 will not be shown. Elaine Higginbotham, Access Tucson member and local cablecast sponsor of the film has decided to pull the 12am October 25th screening from the schedule. Elaine is still trying to negotiate with the distributors for the October 29th and November 1st Cablecast times.
To the best of our knowledge, Access Tucson member Bill Bowler will be screening Stolen Honor as part of his show The Pastors Study on Sunday, October 24 at 1pm on Access Tucson channel 72.

My comment:
Once again, Moore made a promise he could not keep. I guess the distributors of the film have not already made enough money from this bit of tripe!
