EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin (CNN) -- A White House spokesman denied Wednesday that President Bush told Christian Coalition founder Pat Robertson that he did not expect casualties from the invasion of Iraq.
"The president never made such a comment," White House press secretary Scott McClellan said.

Look, I know CNN's reputation. Pat knows their reputation too.
HE chose to go on CNN to address the remarks in spite of it.
If YOU choose to believe the quotations from Pat are not accurate, PROVE it. Others that have watched the show have verified it was said and transcripts have done the same.
You are contending that:
a) There is no film footage of Pat that was viewed by millions stating what has been alleged here.
b) There are no transcripts of his words
You are wrong.
Pat could clear this up if he didn't really aledge Bush told him there would be no casualties. He has his own show to use as a pulpit. If he is being unfairly accused, go find his denial of the allegation and prove everyone wrong.
Oh, he's well past that. I made excuses in the past for this egomaniac, boy is my face red. Never again.
