TERESA: TEACHING ISN'T A 'REAL JOB' [10/20 12:19 PM]
From USA Today interview with Teresa Heinz Kerry:
Q: You'd be different from Laura Bush? A: Well, you know, I don't know Laura Bush. But she seems to be calm, and she has a sparkle in her eye, which is good. But I don't know that she's ever had a real job I mean, since she's been grown up.
What arrogance. Stunning, unmitigated arrogance!
From the White House:
Inspired by her second grade teacher, she earned a bachelor of science degree in education from Southern Methodist University in 1968. She then taught in public schools in Dallas and Houston. In 1973 she earned a master of library science degree from the University of Texas at Austin and worked as a public school librarian in Austin [until 1977].
Hey, teachers, librarians: Teresa Heinz Kerry says your work isn't a "real job"!
We can't all be ketchup heiresses, you know.
Drudge already has it up.
I am glad I have no children to leave in their charge. I wouldn't leave my dogs to be taught by these muppets.
"She's starting to make even Hillary look like a saint."
You meant Saint Bernard?
Frankly, I think John Heinz is rejoicing behind the pearly gates that he's no longer with her!
What twit and a trollop!
This is just further proof that money can buy a lot of things. But it can't buy class""
You can put lots of Mabelline on the pig, but it will still be a PIG.
Hey - I was just going to say that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sent this to all the teachers on my email list.
My jaw hit the floor.
I don't know why, though -- this has become business as usual from these idiots.
Can you picture this "woman" as the First Lady?
We've GOT to win on November 2, or we're dead.
I guess Laura is 'fair game'
Then show us the tax returns thief
The Ketchup Klown should remember,
"better to keep your mouth shut and let people think you a fool than to open it and remove all doubt!"
Some people need to stick to the raisins...
Have Theresa tell the NEA that teaching ain't a real job, and see how one of their special interest groups reacts to that! I wonder what Kerry-supporting teachers and profs would think about those pearls of wisdom from Mrs. Heinz/Kerry?
"Or perhaps some raisins?"
She must be on the RNC payroll.
At university in Geneva, she was a classmate of Kofi Annan at the city's School of Interpreters. Now fluent in five languages, she graduated and went to New York to become an interpreter at the United Nations, before marrying Heinz in 1966. 'I had no ambition,' she once said. 'I thought of myself as being married and having children, which is what all the ladies did.'click for link here
OMG......just OMG.
