Given the countless exposures of serious breaches in this "security system" that's increased the Federal police force exponentially -- I can't help but think of the thugs they indicted here in New Orleans for stealing from bags in a first-things-first fashion -- I'm not sure this is a fair statement to make.

Clinton enjoyed years of terrorist-free tenure after OKC (though imposing a bit of Beslan in Texas).

No one congratulated the Mad Bomber of Sudan (whom Bob Dole chose as inaugural speechifier for his institute) for providing us a "safer" America by demonizing the militia and villifying all Church-Burners ... save for the ATF/FBI, of course.

Sheesh,.... please reread the post carefully he's twisted it into a way that will have the libs agreeing right up to the end when it dawns in their tiny little brains that they've just been had.
