I am fearful of ANY news that appears to be good for President Bush!!!! They (MSM) have steadfastly refused to carry anything good for or helpful to him for the last four years. Why would they suddenly be touting his 'surge' in the poll. I have to ask myself what they could be up to! Maybe they want to goose the Dems to get out the vote. They could figure that if it appears Bush is surging that it would panic a lot of libs into making the effort to vote. Sorry, but I don't trust the bastards! Whatever it is, you can bet your bottom dollar it's not good for the President!

I was just thinking the same things. I think they are trying to sabotage us, lull us into complacency.
I don't trust 'em.

Your concern is understandable but i think at some point the media will write off this year (perhaps this is the beginning of it) as they start to see that Kerry probably won't win. They might even go so far as to jump on the Bush bandwagon and that way they can later say "see, we did have favorable coverage for the President and therefore we are well justified in saying that we are not biased and that you can trust us to be unbiased when it comes to covering that great Senator and possible first woman president (which of course is long overdue) from New York".

Could it be that this is a signal to the Dems to let loose the hounds of hell - their Oct surprise - like NOW, like even TOMORROW? I've got my seatbelt on and am ready for anything.
