Ex-gays. They must have been "ashamed" of their lives. According to Kerry and Edwards, these people live in denial. According to Bush, he's not sure and he's willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Who's more compassionate?

One would have to ask them whether or not they were ashamed of their former lifestyle to find out if indeed they were ashamed. What has been shown is exactly what the American Psychaitric Association, the "Gay Gene" scientist, Dr. Dean Hamer, Dr. Spitzer and numerous others all concede, that there is no scientifiic evidence that gays are "born that way". In fact, the scientific evidence leans the other way. All we know is that many have overcome unwanted same-sex attrcations.

I doubt that Kerry and Edwards think that they are living in denial. They were presented the science from the APA. They know the truth. They just will continue to bow to the pressure fromm gay activists and say nothing about the existence of ex-gays.

Better to truly not know, and readily admit it, than to see the evidence and do nothing with it.

Therewith we know who is more compassionate.
