This story is NOT about an innocent man getting homosexualy raped, it is abot a GAY man who is claiming rape, when in prison, the only sex he is going to GET is all gay sex!
How can we trust his story?
I stick by my guess: That he did it a few times willingly, then found himself going along for the ride on the back of a tiger and now has regrets for his actions, so, he naturally sues the prison system!

Um, actually, yes. I did consider that scenario, but I've read horror stories of heterosexual men, of small stature, being sent to prison for non-violent crime, and then contracting AIDs from prison rape.
And, nobody should be forced to perform sex acts against their will.
