If Kerry shot it I bet that pheasant was tied to a stake in the ground.
What irks me is that Kerry has no appreciation for guns and hunting. It is only a photo-op and this day was totally wasted on him. We should be out there banging away at pheasants! We can appreciate this - he doesn't. At least I would eat any game that I kill. He looks like he wouldn't even touch it.
