Looks like a trap shotgun, typically a 30" barrel. Most shotguns come standard with a 28" barrel, but some (for ducks/geese) have up to a 36" barrel.

its just an "over-under" design scatter gun....a very nice one by the looks of it, but not overly big for a tall "man"
