"Wonder what O'Neil knows that he isn't yet saying." He knows what we all now know, but the problem is not with what we know, but what can be legally proven. The difficulty is that the people who have copies of the appropriate Kerry documents, on U.S. Navy stationery are not exactly friends of President Bush, and getting them to cough up the docs is not going to be easy.

Not necessarily.
People have been digging throught the DRB and BCNR files, which are open to the public, but not very well indexed. (DRB == Discharge Review Board; BCNR == Board for Correction of Naval Records)
