Liz Cheney is an open lesbian, and works on her dad's campaign. If they were ashamed of it, she would not be on the campaign. Lynne and Liz Cheney just don't appreciate it being used by the opposition as a cheap political stunt.

My bigger problem with Kerry's remark's about Mary Cheney, is he presumed to know what her answer would be if asked.
Not only did he purposefully mention her being a lesbian to get a rise out of his opposition, but he put words in her mouth.
Everybody with a brain knows that's a low blow.
Liz is married with several children. I never heard that she was gay. Her sister Mary is.
