So, letting people keep their taxes but secure ther own health care as they see fit (rather than have a DMV-like government-run program) is called "outsourcing". I guess letting us have guns is outsourcing defensive services. Letting us read on our own on the internets is outsourcing news dissemination. I get it. Government owns everything. Freedom is an outsourced luxary as long as you don't piss off your keepers.
