The comentators on Fox Radio kind of implied that Bush blew it. That he was stuttering and was nervous and relied on "No child left behind" as a crutch through a lot of questions.
Although I'm sure you wouldn't expect an objective answer here, I believe President Bush won!
Well I'm not Siskel or Ebert, but President Bush definitely got the "two thumbs up." He looked good, spoke strongly and confidently, and had the facts down. Very litte stammering, and got off at least two great one-liners. Kerry looked pale, was rambling at times, and got his clock cleaned on the "faith" questions--there were several. On the whole, since you asked, I say President Bush won handily.
Bush won, thumbs up.
