I was about to post about Kerry's utter lack of a sense of irony after he talked about "marrying up," but then he defused it with a joke--an actual joke! A self-deprecating joke! From John Kerry!

Did Kerry indicate how long he & terayza have been married? I didn't think so because I didn't see him stomp his foot 10 or so times in a row....
A human being who dumped his first wife to move on to an even richer one, who got an annulment which made his children bastards? Who supports the abortion of 4,000 babies a day? Who wants to raise our taxes and subjugate us to the welfare state?
I didn't see it that way. At first I was shocked and then he got back to his wife and daughters and I thought "ok, it was a joke , and now he'll tell how much she means to him", but nothing:'(
