Kerry claimed that Bush is going to allow young people to take money out of Social Security.
That's a bold faced lie .. The President said that younger workers should be allowed to put aside in a private account some of the money being deducted from their paychecks. Soooo .. the money is being deducted from the employee .. not the employee taking money out of SS.
