Kerry doesn't seem to "get" that if Medicare negotiates for drugs and corners the market, the same thing will happen to drugs for seniors that happened to the flu vaccines -- the government is the biggest buyer, there isn't enough competition, the price is driven too low for the drug companies to want to stay in the business.
