Yeah he is sound clear and resolute, and not stumbling or throwing rhetorical comments out left and right.
Kerry on the other hand. well... he is flipping on rhetoric left and right and stumbling through his sentences.. not good form at all. and for the third debate in a row not facts or no details for plans that he has.
