Aren't we allowed to shoot them as spies under the Geneva Convention?

yeah! They weren't in uniform, were they?

but seriously, I wonder if the Geneva Convention even covers these guys - the geneva convention allows that even bonifide soldiers, if caught out of uniform, could be shot.
Aren't these scumbags who come here and operate in secret, plotting against our country and our lives - spies?
