You sound like a lawyer. Or, you sound like you're thinking like one. It's too clever by half to say that your full-length movie is not pro-Bush because it spends all its time slamming Kerry.
I'm not a lawyer. I was just pointing out the reasoning the FEC used earlier this year which I would imagine they'll have abide by regarding this issue.
How is being anti-Kerry any more pro-Bush than it is pro-Nader? Or "pro" any of the others seeking the Presidency?
