He's short on the dollar. Him and Buffet.
Bush puts America and Americans first. That is what Soros fears is the threat to the world. Clinton and now Kerry want every country subjects of the U.N. AND they and their ilk want to be in charge. Scary beyond belief.

Once he finally accepts his insanity, it will be easier to effect a cure.

This is a good thing. It is always better to be the under'dawg'. Just like football you don't want your team ranked high till the end of the year.
All these polls are being slanted IMHO! Which is another good thing. The media is pushing these polls to there liberal ideology.
The ONLY poll I will even listen to is the Weekly Reader poll.
Some inside information to soros, You are not GOD! And you can't buy it. Invest your money wisely.

BTW does anyone know if he is a U.S. Citizen?Unfortunately, he is. But citizenship can be revoked for certain reasons. Just ask John Demjanjuk.

George Soros is the Lyndon LaRouche for the new millenium. After Kerry's defeat in 2004, Soros will be electoral poison. No candidate will ever again survive having his name associated with Soros, no matter how much money is thrown into the race.

"a god" is his opinion.
"a madman with money" is reality.
He has a secret mountain lair, you know.

He's not crazy.
He's rich.
That means he's just 'eccentric.'
...that was sarcasm...

"I rarely hear mentioned the "collateral damage" his destruction of some of the smaller asian econmies 15 or so years ago. In poor countries the loss of jobs and devaluing of meager assets must have cause 10s of millions great hardship, I would think poverty, hunger and infant mortality must have gone up."
Your are certainly correct. In addition his operation is offshore so he doesn't pay tax on it. The destruction of the Asian economies was in the late 90s and was associated with a significant drop in American farm income due to the loss of the Asian customers.
Soros has admitted that his fortunes are made on the backs of the impoverished third world, but he does not care. Money is money.

Last year, National Geographic had a cover story on Patagonia. Soros has bought up a huge amount of land there and he has convinced other billionaires, like Cher (IIRC) to do the same.
I think they believe there will be a nuclear exchange in the Northern Hemisphere and that Patagonia will be safe.
Anyone researching this should also look at Maurice Strong. He is just like Soros, but more reclusive. He is Canadian, IIRC.
