Why didn't the President use the Rats defeated draft resolution when talking about this "No Draft" message? Just damn!
My point exactly this is no longer a radio society it's a TV society we hve become a visual society Kennedy understood this. The difference in media makes all the difference in how people are percieved. My father was in love with Kate Smith untill he saw her. That being said being smooth and having nothing to say (I have a plan)would not win it for me on the radio.

I pretty sure it was Fred Barnes said on the panel one night, that it was GOOD for the 'media', that the contest for the election, stay tight.
He's right, and that explains their hesitation in declaring Our President, an outright WINNER, they know the truth, but don't want, at this point, to see this election all but over.
FoxNews is forgetting what made them so popular--a place for conservatives to go and not be ridiculed. Now they see they have great ratings, and want to improve them by moving left to bring more folks to the table. Of course, this will alienate their clientele and make them just like everyone else. Their ratings will collapse.
Rupert Murdoch is not a dedicated conservative. He is out for money. He thinks he can make more money by pandering to leftists. He's wrong, and they will hopefully correct the change before it they completely alienate themselves.

And you're definitely right. When I graduate I plan on going Marine Corps, but if Kerry starts weakening defense I'll reconsider. And I'm sure I'm not the only one.
