They used the political trick...run as a conservative until you're safely in office, then become liberal. It's all for viewership, just as nearly every career politician has one goal in mind: votes.

The problem with this business formula is that there are 7 other liberal news channels out there. Who's brilliant plan is it at Fox to become one more pea in a pod and think that it will gain them market share? If anybody had a brain in that company they would fire them quick, before they loose what made them great and their market share.

Yes, I agree with you. I can only assume that they figure their anchors are more vicious than the other networks and that they have more 'personalities' that have other shows (radio and such)...and therefore people will make the assumption that they are better informed and viewing the issues from both the left and right, as opposed to the MSM which views only from the left.

I think they're wrong, of course. When the viewers hear their leftist views, we'll change turn them off, assuming their true biased colors are showing through. In addition, all we ever hear is the leftist view. We watched Fox not for its 'balanced' reporting, but for its more conservative view. THAT is what balances our information, just as Rush always says...listeners don't need 'equal time' with him, he IS the equal time.
