As was stated, Michael gave a eulogy that honored his father, and provided a visceral context to the man. Ron Jr. was working a retirement banquet for all the emotion involved. Bugged me MAJORLY!

Given how Ron Jr. has carried himself since then, I would have to agree that it was more of a performance than a traditional eulogy--but it did sound good, you can't deny that. And it sure as hell was better than sister Patti's "embrace death" tripe. Michael was the best of the three, then and after.

Yeah, he has that professional dulcet tone. But, his media career, his payday, has forever been based on his value as a leftwing guy named "Ronald Reagan Jr." who was opposing his father at every turn, and currently is opposing the incumbant GOP President and the legacy of his father. That's a soulless, obscene payday in my little book.

Ron Jr.'s on my sheyoot list big time.
