You know what it is? Fox had the biggest ratings of anyone covering the conventions--if I'm not mistaken, it set a record for cable news. The Fox brass might be getting a wee bit cocky about all this "new-found respect" they've been getting on the D.C. social scene. Just a theory.

Fox is also suffering from MSM syndrome. Now that both sides are watching, they are getting comfortable with such a huge viewership. They don't want to upset anybody and lose them. It's a d'RAT philosophy . . . but if you cater to special interest groups long enough, you'll end up kowtowing to OPPOSING special interest groups. Then you're impotent.
